The backyard includes a 20' X 40' pool, adjacent lawn area, jetted spa, and separate 600 sf pool house. The fully landscaped property totals 3.5 acres and is only 3 miles from the historic Sonoma Plaza. Bike your way through the Sonoma Valley vineyards or relax poolside in the lush, landscaped, private backyard. Electrical systems are powered by an eco-friendly PV solar system. House is fully air conditioned with two separate AC systems. Newly renovated chef's kitchen, with Sub Zero, Wolf, and Viking appliances, accommodates both kitchen island eating area and window seat / bay window dining.
