Features include a primary bedroom with 1-king sized bed and a private walk-out balcony, 1-full bath with a large soaker tub, a separate combination shower and sauna room, a second bedroom with 1-queen sized bed, a third bedroom with 2-sets of standard-sized bunk beds, another full bath, a fully equipped galley style kitchen including a dishwasher, a large dining area, a spacious living area with a wood burning fireplace, (firewood NOT provided) and an additional walk-out balcony with peek-a-boo river views. All this, plus great Snowater amenities, at a great price! This monitored family vacation property will sleep up to 8-persons (ENFORCED Maximum Occupancy!).
