This tastefully decorated beach bungalow will immediately give you a "beach feel." It's clean and updated and ready for your use. There is a fenced in yard and driveway. Outdoor shower. Grill and fire pit. There are a few locked closets that are not available for guest use, but other than that settle in and enjoy your retreat to the Smithaven. Fold-down desk for those who would like to work during their stay.
COVID precautions- We are following the recommended cleaning and sanitizing procedures between guests. During this time we leave the windows as much as possible. We sanitize all surfaces and clean all linens, which is also done as part of our regular cleaning. We use lysol spray on hard to wash surfaces, such as the chairs. We wash the couch and pillow covers between stays. However, if you feel more comfortable bringing your own linens and couch cover, that is not a problem either.
