This is a 3-storey house with a 3 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms.
The front entrance is located on the top level, which opens into a single open living space with large sitting area, decorative fireplace, dining area, bar counter, half bathroom and kitchen with a large island. There are reclining chairs facing large panoramic windows and an outdoor patio offering views of the Willamette River and Autzen Stadium.
The garage has been converted into a game room with a ping-pong table and pool table.
The second level has 3 bedrooms, including a master bedroom with sitting area and ensuite bathroom with a tub, a second bedroom with king size bed, and a third bedroom with two queen beds.
