Enjoy amazing mountainside and Gondola views from a private corner lot which backs up to the large private back patio with a Gazebo, fire table, comfortable chairs, natural gas BBQ, patio table and chairs. The backyard gate opens up to the city park with (a full basketball court, skate park, Char-coal grills, picknick tables and green grass.) Bring your frisbee.
For those of you bringing outdoor equipment, there is safe, lockable storage in the garage with plenty of off-street parking for up to 6 vehicles, covered parking for 3 vehicles. plenty of room for your Toy hauler.
Ask about renting the driveway to park your Recreation vehicle rental includes electric and water.
The spacious laundry room is equipped with a washer/dryer, Utility sink, Coat closet laundry detergent, and a landing place for your sporting equipment and a basket full of supplies for your special pet.

We added a queen blow-up mattress with fresh linens in the living room trunk to sleep extra guests.
Both bathrooms have been updated with comfort-height toilets and vanities that are sparkling clean with plenty of fluffy towels and linens, shampoo, conditioner, bath soaps and extra amenities for things you may have forgotten to pack and are conveniently located in the bathrooms.
The main level bathroom has a sparkling clean easy walk-in shower.
Second level bathroom offers a large tub/shower combo to soak your cares away with bubbles and bath salts.
Enjoy relaxing with a cup of coffee or your favorite beverages on the covered front porch where you can warm yourself at the propane fire table while you look out at the mountain views.

Walk downtown to your favorite restaurants and shops or drive 5 minutes to the base of the Gondola. Bike, Ski or snowboard from Silver Mountain to the front door. During the summer bike the Hiawatha Trail or tackle the mountain bike trails on Silver Mountain, float and kayak the river, enjoy the indoor water park, fish local streams, hike your favorite mountain trails or golf local golf courses. Nearby Coeur d’Alene lake offers water activities.
