This is a 3 bedroom home, 1st with queen size bed, 2nd with full-size bed and third doubles as an office with futon included with blankets and pillows. Three smart TV's with free local channels and Netflix. Free Wi-Fi. Spacious fully stocked kitchen with bar, double door fridge with filtered water, Keurig coffee maker, tea, open kitchen with dining area.
Cozy screened-in front porch with greenery to relax in, private fenced-in back yard with seating area, and carport parking.
This is self-check in with a key code. You will enjoy the entire home and the front section of the backyard. The yard is divided with fencing so you get a private area.
Other things to note:
**We welcome pets, $50 pet fee is applicable for dogs over 30lbs. If traveling with a small dog please let me know and send me a photo of your small dog for a $20 voucher.
Owners live on-site on other side of property so you can rely on prompt service should any issues arise during your stay =)
Check-in time is at 3pm but can accommodate an earlier time with advance notice.
