Excellent location to breathe the salt air and enjoy the private beach. Family-friendly home with three bedrooms and two baths. Master bedroom with king bed and en-suite bath. Two queen beds round out the remainder of the home. Propane fireplace, air conditioning, cable TV, washer/dryer, fully equipped kitchen, and high-speed internet. *Please be advised*Because this house is so close to the beach, there is a bulkhead from the patio to the beach.Some agility is required to access the beach.

A discount of 10% off for 6-9 nights and 15% off for 10 nights or more will automatically apply at booking. If you booked via Airbnb, the discount will already be included in the price and will not show as a separate deduction. If you booked via VRBO, please ask us to apply the discount to your stay. For longer stays between 21-28 nights, we'll set up a mid-stay cleaning free of charge, and an additional $260 non-refundable fee will be applied to cover up to $3,000 in damage insurance, ensuring peace of mind during your extended stay.
