This recently updated and beautifully decorated condo, offers beautiful views from the covered balcony. There is assigned parking in front of the building. This condo is within easy walking or biking distance from 2 local restaurants, shops, bars, ice cream shops, and water sports. This home has luxury vinyl plank flooring, granite countertops, 3 flat screen smart TV's cable and Wireless internet is provided, plus there is outdoor showers on the boardwalk between buildings. The king master bedroom has a private bath with a separate shower. The second bedroom offers 2 full beds with a shared hall bath.
Pet Friendly: $250 Non-refundable pet fee is required and is limited to a single dog up to 50 pounds. An additional dog(s) may be allowed provided that they are pre-approved by PROACTIVE Vacations. Additional Fees will apply for more than one dog. Guests must crate pets when they are left in the home unattended.
