"Lynch Cottage" has been family owned for two generations and is the ideal place to experience a relaxing coastal vacation. The property boasts a large corner lot yard with an outdoor shower, grill, and spacious deck with enough furniture for all guests and easy summer living!
Inside you can find a sunny upstairs space with a large master bedroom with a queen bed and private balcony, a 2nd bedroom with a queen bed, and a full bathroom. Downstairs includes another full bathroom, a bedroom with a queen bed, another bedroom with two twin beds, a spacious living room including a queen pullout sofa, a spacious dining room that can fit all ten guests, and a kitchen with all new appliances and a breakfast bar and stools. Linens (sheets and towels) can be included for an extra fee of $100.
In addition to the relatively private Seabrook Beach, there are numerous local favorites within a mile radius including Markey's Lobster Pool, Brown's Lobster Pound, and the Tuna Striker. The house is also a short 5 minute drive from Hampton Beach which includes numerous restaurants, shops, and activities.
