A short walk to the 58th Street beach access, this property is also conveniently close to shopping, restaurants, boutiques, beach shops and activities. It's a short drive to putt-putt golf, a splash park, a skate park, ballparks and seasonal open-air entertainments sponsored by Oak Island Parks and Recreations.
The Oak Island Country Club, just a mile away, offers 18 holes of TIF-eagle greens, a challenging and scenic experience. It is just a mile and a half to the Barbee Bridge, which connects Oak Island to the tourist-friendly town of Southport. The Ocean Walk pool is open annually from Memorial Day to Labor Day. Specific condo communities may keep the pool open past Labor Day depending on the homeowner's association's recommendation.
Though pets are not allowed, two dogs may be present during an owner stay for those guests allergic to pets.
