Private highlights include an in-ground pool, a hot tub, Ping-Pong, basketball, a batting cage, and maintained trails for walking or running. Breathtaking sunset visits and frequent wildlife sighting opportunities also abound. The ranch is only 25 miles from Waco, making for easy day trips to Magnolia Market/Silos, great shopping, amazing dining options, entertainment, and Baylor University.
The property consists of a main house and a separate, one-bedroom cottage, providing flexible living/sleeping arrangements for friends or families. The main house boasts a spacious full kitchen while the guest house includes handy appliances like a mini-fridge, a water cooler, a microwave, and a K-cup coffee maker. Free WiFi is equipped throughout the property for web browsing, streaming, or remote working. A washer/dryer is available in the main home.

Check-out time: 10:00 am.
All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 8 am.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
