Bunkhouse Bathroom Access: The detached bunkhouse does NOT have its own bathroom. Guests staying in the bunkhouse will need to go outside and walk a short distance to the main house to use a shared bathroom located on the second floor of the main house. Multi-Level Home & Stairs: The main house is a 3-story building. Accessing bedrooms, bathrooms, and living areas requires navigating multiple staircases. This may not be suitable for guests with mobility limitations or families with very young children who are not yet proficient with stairs.
Winter Access (Oct-Apr) - 4WD/AWD MANDATORY: Our secluded location offers incredible privacy and views but requires preparedness in winter. The access road is maintained but can be snowy and/or icy. For your safety and to ensure you can reach the property, a vehicle with 4-Wheel Drive (4WD) or All-Wheel Drive (AWD) is absolutely MANDATORY during these months. No exceptions can be made, as tow services can be limited and expensive.
