Summary: Based on the reviews, I expected this property to be a little nicer. It wasn't "dirty" but it also wasn't overly clean. Older property that didn't appear to be well maintained. Bathroom sink faucet sprayed water all over everything. Restaurant was dingy to me. Food, drinks, and staff were good. Location is 100/10. Beautiful views. Property was quiet at night but in the morning you do hear cars on the highway but it didn't bother me.
