Feel transported without taking a plane ride at this charming 3 Structure Property in heart of Sag Harbor. Main house is Japanese Pagoda House with open living room floor plan on 2nd floor. Hi-Season (June 1 to Oct 1) a PoolHouse and Artist Studio on property each with full bath providing full privacy, great for families and friends getaway or 3 couples retreat. Multiple decks for dining. House is artful with old world charm. Dogs allowed with pet fee after inquiry. Parties not allowed, sorry.

The main bedroom was quite cozy and it was delight to walk around the property. Its also conveniently located just 5 minutes away from Main House which has a great selection of food drinks and other conveniences. You can also hop over to Shelter Island quite easily. “
The main Pagoda House has 2 bedrooms/baths on the first floor. Stairs then lead upstairs to a open floor plan of living room, dining room, kitchen and wrap around deck and an open deck with outdoor dining tables and chairs for dining and sunbathing. Perfect for making family gathering memories! From the 2nd floor deck you can take the Japanese bridge and turn right to steps leading to the front of house. Or, go left, to these charming stepping stone path, down to the beautiful gardens. Enter Master bedroom, with in-suite-bathroom that opens to your own outdoor deck with seating views to the gardens and property. Owners are a Dr/Writer and Artist/Musician, with school age children, and they visit property monthly. Home is maintained by House/Property Manager. House is stocked with kitchenware, linens, Paddle Board , Kayak, Beach Chairs, umbrellas, beach towels, fishing Poles, tackle box, Smart TV’s in all 3 structures.
Our own children and those who visit, find it a “magical place.” Children fall in love with property and want to explore and go outside. But children eight and younger must be supervised by adult anywhere on this property.
Property is magical for children but lends itself for them to go discovering. So it can have potential to be be hazardous if children are left unattended.
Although our children entered this property at a young age, we always supervised them on the exterior grounds at all times. If you are staying for a short weekend or a week, area has many passages. It takes time to get acquainted. Below are some areas to be aware of. Please read the child safety list below before booking.

CHILD SAFETY
Main house
1. Master bedroom/2nd floor Living room have sliding glass doors that led to the whole property. Children ages 0-5 must have full adult supervision on the grounds at all times.
2. 2nd floor bridge has small incline. Use handrails. Young children must have adult supervision on bridge. No throwing water bombs from the bridge!!
3. Black futon on 2nd floor should be pushed away from stair railing to prevent any climbing and falling over stair railing.
Exterior
1. Driveway has an incline.
2. Japanese steppingstones. Steps slippery when wet or icy.
3. Gazebo is pirched over the pool area. Children’s ages 0 to 5 should not be left alone by the gazebo.
4. Pool area has two entrances (main and pond area) keep gates closed at all times. Please read the pool rules by the pool.
5. PoolHouse has stairs that lead up to an open second-floor loft. Keep pool house main entrance door closed at all times when children are staying or visiting.
6. Pond have no fencing. No child 0 to 5 should be left alone by the pond. It is approximately 2.5 feet deep!!
7. Flipflops on wooden pool deck. Save yourself hours with tweezer and cranky child with splinter. We learned the hard way. Flip flops a Must.
8. Main House has wrap around porch, please no running and climbing over railing.
9. Bring plenty of Sake. You will never want to leave the Geisha House :)) cheers, TanTan.
