Whether you are here for a romantic getaway, family fun, or a business trip, we welcome you and will do our very best to make your stay hassle-free, relaxing, and memorable. It takes 4.5 min to walk to a 24 hour grocery store, 6 min to Key Arena, 9 min to the Space Needle and Pacific Science Center, and there are ~30+ cafes and restaurants within a 16 min walk. Amazon headquarters are only a 14 min walk away. The Aquarium (24 min), Zoo (28 min), Pike Place Market (19 min), Safeco Field (38 min) can be reached easily by transit. Our clean, bright, 1,300 sq. ft. townhouse is located on a quiet residential street. Please note that the pictures you see now are from Multiple Listing Service (they deserve the credit), and the furniture and wall hangings will change. It has a main floor with open concept layout spanning a living room (with gas fireplace), eating area, kitchen, and half bath. The upstairs has washer/dryer and two bedrooms with one large bathroom (containing dual vanity, soaking tub, and large shower with dual shower heads :-). The lower level has a third bedroom with office desk and double bed. Guests can enjoy a 2 person infrared sauna during their stay. There are 6 bikes and helmets in the garage to use on the convenient nearby biking paths. Free street parking is extremely limited, but a 24 hour street guest pass can be used for $10/day. Kitchen is stocked with staples, pots and pans, and table settings for 12 (4 extra just in case you don't want to do dishes as often ;-). Cable TV and wifi available for use. Home is kid friendly with books, toys, pack-in-play, and high chair. Travel to and from SeaTac Airport is easy via link light rail and one bus transfer (58 min), link light rail and monorail (60 min), or taxi/Uber (23 min depending on traffic). Note: You will need to be able to climb up a flight of stairs to get to the main level, and two flights of stairs to get to the upper level. We invite guests from all backgrounds, religions, ethnicities, sexual orientations, and nationalities. We speak English (fluently), Japanese (okay), Spanish (so-so), and can understand Mandarin (so-so). We have fluent friends that could help translate Spanish, German, Arabic, Mandarin, Japanese, and French. Absolutely no smoking, parties, or shoes in house. Summary Bedrooms: 1 with canopy king bed (brand new Serta iComfort Hybrid), 1 with queen bed (brand new Serta iComfort Hybrid) on upper level, 1 with queen bed (organic memory foam) on lower level.
