Our Home is located on NH-16, and is just a short drive downtown where you can enjoy various restaurants and local shops. Stop for ice cream at Rivers Edge on your way out, and walk along the newly constructed River Walk, or check out the Service Credit Union park (where many local functions such as the Jericho ATV Festival, and River Fire take place). A short ways down the road from Berlin is Gorham, where the restaurants, shops, and activities continue to impress.

SUNNY DAY ACTIVITIES:
Ride your registered machine(s) through Jericho Mountain State Park, or any of the many Ride The Wilds trails (4 minutes). Test your 4X4 vehicle in the Jericho State Park 4x4 Off Road Trail (15 minutes). Cool off in Jericho Lake (15 minutes). Mountain bike through Moose Brook State Park (18 minutes). Drive up the Mount Washington Auto Road - the highest peak in the North East - for a one of a kind experience with breathtaking views (28 minutes). Take the family to Santa's Village or Story Land (40 minutes). Hike any of the endless local trails or State Parks. During winter months, explore the North Country via snowmobile (rental facility 15 minutes, trails 5 minutes), via snowshoeing or cross country skiing. Hit the slopes on Wildcat Mountain (30 minutes), Attitash Mountain (49 minutes), Bretton Woods (50 minutes), or Cannon Mountain (60 minutes). Or perhaps try your hand at ice fishing (5 minutes).

RAINY DAY ACTIVITIES:
Take a trip shopping to North Conway (45 minutes). Go bowling at the North Country Bowling Center (5 minutes). Drive to Nansen Wayside Park to see the infamous Nansen Ski Jump - the built was built in 1936, and was the largest ski jump in North America at the time - which is currently under restoration (4 minutes).

After a long summer or winter day, nestle up in either of the two Living Room's to watch movies on the 65" smart TV's, play board games, or simply enjoy the beautiful view of the mountains and Androscoggin River in our backyard.

THE SPACE: (guests will have access to the entire House and property, with the exception of the Master Bedroom / Bathroom, Utility Room, Unfinished Basement area, upstairs closet, and the detached Garage):

Kitchen (main level):
- Keurig coffee station with a limited supply of complimentary coffee, tea, hot chocolate, sugar packets, and creamers
- Non-stick pots and pans with lids, various cookware (ie. cutting boards, baking sheets, measuring cups, cake and cupcake pans, etc.), and plenty of kitchen utensils (ie. spatulas, ice cream scoop, lobster cracker, wine / bottle opener, etc.)
- Dishware, glassware, and silverware for up to 10x guests
- Limited number of red and white wine glasses and champagne flutes (wine / bottle opener can be found in one of the drawers to the right of the silverware)
- Limited supply of complimentary paper towel, trash bags, and dishwasher detergent
- Stainless steel Samsung appliances, including an electric stove (with hood vent), dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, and toaster
- First Aid Kit (below the Kitchen sink)
- Fire Extinguisher (for Emergency purposes)

Upstairs Living / Dining Room (main level):
- Large reclining couches
- 65" Smart TV
- Beautiful views of the backyard and Androscoggin River
- Extra blankets (can be found in the upstairs Bedroom hallway closet)

OTHER DETAILS:
Because there is an active dam less than a mile and a half downstream, entering the River from our property (ie. for swimming, boating, kayaking, paddle boarding, ice skating etc.) is strictly prohibited at all times. However, we do welcome you to walk down and enjoy the view from shore! We also welcome you to obtain a valid fishing license through the State of New Hampshire, to take advantage of some of the best trout and salmon fishing around.

There are a total of 8x Ring recording devices on the exterior of the House (3x on the Garage, 1x on the front of the House, 1x on the left side of the House, 1x on the right side of the House, and 2x on the back of the House). These recording devices are monitored for Guest and Host safety and security purposes. Please do not block or attempt to alter any of these devices for any reason, at any time. Doing so will result in the immediate cancellation of your stay (without reimbursement), and eviction from the property.
