This spacious retreat has a beautiful lodge setting and enjoys a prime location in a private neighborhood on the banks of the Columbia River. When you book this remarkable vacation home, you are also granted access to an outdoor pool, boat launch, tennis and pickleball courts, and The Sun Cove Clubhouse, with a pool table, Ping-Pong, and family games.
Upon entering this family-friendly home, you will encounter a beautifully appointed open floor plan with 24' vaulted ceilings, floor-to-ceiling windows, exposed wood beams, and wooden accents throughout, adding a sophisticated rustic touch. The river rock wood-burning fireplace in the center will keep everyone warm during their stay. The living room opens onto an extensive deck with impressive river views, an outdoor dining area, a lounge area, and a gas grill. Back inside, the home boasts a well-equipped kitchen complete with all the essentials to prepare culinary masterpieces for the crew. The lower level houses a spacious family room with a poker table, a pool table, a second full kitchen, and an entertaining rec room with a smart TV and a popcorn machine. This level also features a designated laundry room with a washer/dryer. Sleeping arrangements include two bedrooms on each level. The main level features a sunny main bedroom with access to the balcony and an en suite bath.
