Negative: I didn’t feel the reservation staff knew what was going on. I booked through booking.com - I realized that I had two reservations for the same day. I never received a confirmation from the hotel itself with a confirmation number for either reservation. Each time I called to cancel the duplicate confirmation - I was asked for a confirmation number - I gave the only confirmation number I had and was told it was not the hotel confirmation. Once I got to the property, I explained the situation - Destiny found the reservation but had to ask the manager about canceling the reservation. I never heard back from the manager. I reached out to booking.com and they have the problem now. However, I had a reservation the following day at another location via booking.com - received a confirmation directly from the hotel within minutes who is under Marriott also.
