You'll be less than a mile from walking, jogging, and biking trails at Green Lake Park, just over a mile from Woodland Park Zoo, and within walking distance of such iconic events as the Greenwood Classic Car Show. Fremont (two miles), South Lake Union (five miles), and downtown Seattle (six miles) are a straight shot south as well.
Park your car with ease in the alley out back and make yourself at home on this lovely, tree-lined street. Stepping inside, you'll be greeted by a beautifully renovated living space with brand-new wood floors, fresh paint, and an updated kitchen with plentiful cabinet storage.
As the upper level of the duplex, this home is full of morning sunlight, which you can also enjoy on the private balcony out back.
