The small but mighty minisplit heat/ac unit is the main unit, the wood burning stove is for backup heat if needed. Blackout curtains for the perfect nap. No hunting on private lands. This is where the local pronghorn and mulies birth their babies every year. Welcome in the quiet. Enjoy the grain bin clubhouse and the 2 cowboy style hot/cold soaking tubs in your down time!
