Located just outside of the Paradise Valley Mall, this beautiful home is centrally located very close to various stores, restaurants, and entertainment. Beautiful, renovated 4-bedroom, 2-bathroom single family home with a private pool and an entertainer's back yard. This home will give you and your family a truly relaxing experience.
Walking into the home you'll be delighted by the open floor plan, sweeping tile floors and the light and airy feel of this space. The living room has a large grey sectional sofa, ottoman and and additional chaise lounge. This is a super comfortable place to relax and watch TV on the wall mounted 55" Smart TV. Next to the sofa, you'll find a stand filled with a selection of great books to choose from. The other side of the sectional has a storage bin that contains a good selection of board games for family fun.
Straight ahead from the living room is the kitchen bar area. The kitchen bar area has two leather bar stools and granite countertops. This is a great place to set out appetizers and entertain. The family room to the right of the kitchen has a beautiful tan sofa and coffee table which sits positioned in front of the fireplace and wall mounted 50" Smart TV. There are two additional sitting chairs in this room and poof, making this a very cozy space.
The galley kitchen is fully equipped with cooking supplies and offers a ton of counter space for cooking, dark wood cabinets and stainless-steel appliances. There is also a breakfast nook table with two chairs. All the windows in the kitchen are look out towards the pool. The formal dining room sits to the right of the kitchen and includes 4 chairs and a bench which offers seating for up to 6 people at the table.
The master bedroom has a light wood king size bed, matching nightstands, a dresser, and a mounted 55" Smart TV. Each nightstand has a reading lamp. The master has an attached walk-in closet and attached master bath. The master bathroom has a large vanity with granite counter tops, a framed mirror, dual sinks, and walk-in shower.
Across from the master is the first guest bedroom which is set up with a full-size bed, white dresser, and closet. The third bedroom is next door and has two twin beds, closet, and a work area with a desk. Down the hall is the fourth bedroom which has a wooden queen size bed nightstand and closet. Across from the fourth bedroom is the guest bathroom that is shared between the three bedrooms. The guest bathroom has a tub / shower combo and a single sink vanity with granite counter tops and a framed mirror.
The backyard of this home is your own little slice of paradise! It's beautifully manicured with a large turf area and clean, tropical landscaping. You'll find everything you need to relax from the private pool, loungers, two outdoor sitting areas, BBQ grill, fire pit and even a lovely outdoor swing which is perfect for reading a book under the ramada. There are two chaise loungers by the pool and two sitting chairs with a sun umbrella.
The outdoor sitting area under the patio has 3 outdoor sofas, two stools, a table for dining and two additional sitting chairs adorned by string lights. This is a great place for entertaining.
Around the side of the home is an additional outdoor sitting area with a fire pit. Guests can use the real wood logs stacked on the side of the house to build a fire and make smores!
The house has a corn hole game, bocci ball, pool toys, scooters, balls and kids' outdoor seating for guest use.
