Inside the cottage you'll find an open concept living room and eat-in kitchen with seating for four and large picture windows that fill the space with natural sunlight and sweeping ocean views. The living room opens to the master bedroom with a king bed and ocean views. Next door, there is a second bedroom with two twin beds and a shared full bathroom with a walk-in shower. From the living room, you enter the breezeway/front entrance with a washer and dryer and access to a shaded porch with table and chairs for four to relax and enjoy.
Outside, you'll love the sunny, open lot and friendly neighborhood, great for walking. From the cottage, you are within walking distance of Cedar Beach (0.4mi), the Bailey Island General Store (0.4mi), Fishnet Cafe (0.4mi), Mackerel Cove (0.8mi), Cook's Lobster & Ale House (1.1mi) and H2Outfitters and Salt Cod Cafe (1.3mi) just over the Cribstone Bridge.
