The river is perfect for all water sports including fishing, kayaking, and boating. Kayak down only 250 yards to a local secret, the best beach on the entire river with Caribbean-like sand, only reachable by water. For those working virtually there is lightning fast fiberoptic internet with a full work station equipped with large dual monitors and HP Thunderbolt docking station (2nd full station available upon request). Large kitchen with plenty of seating and all the cooking utensils you need. Don't feel like cooking? Have pizza delivered by Westside Pizza, a local favorite.
The property includes a wonderful firepit, single Kayak, plenty of life jackets including jackets for children, corn hole, polish freebee (beersbee) for the beach, board games, hard wired outdoor speakers, huge deck, very private walkout patio, propane BBQ, Blackstone flattop (upon request).
