When you walk into the home you will step into the living room, straightahead is the kitchen & dining room.
The kitchen is stocked with the newest appliances including an air fryer, Instant pot & blender. Next is the utility room with a washer and dryer for your use. To the left is the back door which leads out to a covered patio and hammock for your enjoyment.
From the front door if you go to the left before the kitchen there is the secondary bathroom in the secondary rooms. To the right is the master as well as the master bathroom and closet.
Our home is near a private lake & lake o’ the pines is a short 25 min drive. This home is beautifully tucked in nature surrounded by trees away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Clean linens, inspired spa shower & charming surroundings are perfect for a girls getaway or go to Longview for shopping & restaurants while your significant other fishes.
The home is fully stocked but if there are any items you might need please reach out and we will accommodate you as best as we can.
Please be mindful of our neighbors, we request that you do not turn around in their driveway & use the properties driveway or go down the street and turn around in the cul-de-sac.
This home is not infant/toddler proofed. Please make sure you are aware that children under 2 are welcome but not a childproof home.
Parking is available, there are 3-4 spaces depending on vehicle size to accommodate. Street parking prohibited.
An email with a short term rental agreement will be sent 14 days prior to arrival. It needs to be filled out and sent back within 7 days prior to check in. If you have booked less than 7 days prior to check in it must be filled out & turned in within 24 hours of receipt or the reservation will be canceled with no refund.
Renter will receive the house manual & address after agreement has been received no less than 24 hours prior to check in. The wifi login information, house details & door code to enter the property will be included. If the agreement is not sent back the reservation will be canceled with no refund. Booking individual MUST be 25 to rent unless pre approved & deposit paid, present the entire time & a valid government ID will need to be sent with agreement. No parties allowed. $10 extra per person over 4 people booked per day.
Every effort is made to maintain the interior of the unit in good repair. Just as might occur at your own home, mechanical failures and/or other breakdowns could occur. All repairs will be handled as quickly as possible. Please be patient. No refunds or rate adjustments will be provided due to inoperable internet, appliances, televisions, dvd players, etc.
