Private basement guest studio with keyless entry overlooking large sloping lawn and wheat fields with views of Mt. Spokane and Mica Peak out the bay windows.
The studio is full of modern amenities and contains a king-size bed, custom TV viewing experience, dining table and chairs. A full-size dresser and an open wardrobe.
A stocked coffee/tea bar complete with Keurig and electric kettle. A microwave, small refrigerator/freezer and extra storage.
The modern bathroom has a walk-in shower complete with a shampoo, conditioner, and body wash dispenser. Plenty of towels and toiletries.

We live upstairs part-time and make every effort to be quiet and respect your privacy.
You have access to the daylight basement studio through your own private keyless entrance. You have a single car garage, a corridor at the entrance for extra storage, the back patio, the UNFENCED yard and the fire pit when there is not a county burn ban.
The outside entrance is well lit at night with a floodlight security camera. Access is on gravel leading to level cement into the doorway.
The garage will hold the typical sedan and has an automatic garage door with opener. The height of the garage is approximately 6 feet tall and will not fit SUVs or trucks.
This house is on an acre, and we can accommodate trailers or RVs if requested.
