There are strictly no parties or events allowed at the rental.
PARKING
We have a 2 car garage that can manually be controlled with the interior garage wall remote. It does require getting out of car and opening once inside of the home. You also can street park right outside of our townhome.
NOISE ORDINANCE
Our neighborhood noise ordinance is 11pm. Be considerate of the neighborhood and your neighbors’ right to the quiet
and peaceful enjoyment. Excessive noise is always prohibited.
PETS
Dogs are allowed and we charge a $150 non refundable pet accommodation fare during your stay. Please inquire about multiple dogs or a multiple month stay.
CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT
After confirming your booking, you'll receive a text to download our app, DACK. Using the app, you can request early check-ins and late check-outs for an additional fee. While we can't guarantee approval due to same-day check-ins and check-outs, we'll do our best to accommodate your requests when possible.
CHILDPROOFING
Guest understands that no special efforts have been made to “childproof” this house and accepts the risk or harm to any children/infants we allow on the property. We do provide a pack-n-play, highchair, children's toys and baby gates for guests to use at their own discretion.
TRAVEL INSURANCE/CANCELLATIONS
We HIGHLY recommend buying travel insurance through your airline company, car rental company, or a travel insurance website. We cannot provide a refund for anything that falls outside of our cancellation policy and the dates that correspond with the policy. This includes date change requests as they are considered the same as cancellations (if the new requested check-in date is a later date than your original check-in date).
