Summary: Arrived at 1:30 am, got key to room, room not cleaned or remade. Assigned another room. Toilet and vanity sink not clean in new room. A/C barely working, room stuffy and warm all the time; hard to sleep with A/C running on high all the time. Trash, discarded pallets, and broken fence (to hide dumpster) just outside pool area. Filthy entrance rugs taped to the floors everywhere. Generally dirty everywhere in the place.
