Summary: I hate to have to leave a poor rating for a stay. In this case I'm sad to report that this was not a great experience. I was traveling with my wife and mother-in-law for a funeral and all we really needed was a clean comfortable room for the night. When we arrived the desk clerk was pleasant and friendly. We go our room keys and unloaded. When we opened the room where my mother-in-law was staying I found that the window had been left wide open and there screen was broken leaving the room open to the world. The flooring in both was coming up and causing trip hazards. We settled in and it wasn't too long we got a call my mother-in-law that she had just killed a tiny bug. We investigated and pulled a part the bed and while I saw no signs of insect activity the seems of the mattress were full of crumbs and dirt. We check our room and found the same. I also noted that the room I was in was missing a desk chair. We requested my mother-in-law be switched to another room and we found the mattress much the same. There was also a hair blob in the tube. Just not very clean all the way around. We had rooms reserved here for the return trip but decided we should cancel and find a different facility. The sleep itself was comfortable enough. I really think this location needs a renevation with new furniture and complete cleaning.
