There is no swimming allowed in the ocean at Sunset Beach due to the strong undertow. Swimming is allowed at Medano Beach (adjacent to the Rose and Los Cabos/Blanco sister resorts) near downtown Cabo with Free shuttle (to all Pueblo Bonito resorts in Cabo as well).
