The Space:
Get the best of both worlds: a private, spacious vacation rental and the vibrant atmosphere of downtown Playa del Carmen. The Blue Palms Suites are located in the center of all the action, just steps from the beach and within blocks of Playa’s best restaurants, shops and attractions.
This upper-floor penthouse comfortably sleeps up to 4 guests in 2 private bedrooms that are like mini-suites with their own en-suite bathrooms with modern fixtures and small appliances like mini-fridges, TVs & microwaves!. The door is extra thick for soundproofing, so everybody will slumber peacefully.
The master bedroom features a plush queen bed plus a sofa futon/bed, a kitchenette and dining table area and all the appliances needed to make coffee & breakfast, a simple dinner or to reheat the fabulous leftovers you've got the night before! Appliances like a mini-refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, even a blender!
The second bedroom is also spacious, with a queen bed, mini-fridge, coffee maker, TV, en-suite bathroom and direct access to the private balcony through sliding doors that overlooks the pool! Each room is be like your own mini-suite!
This unique condo has nearly as much outdoor space as interior space (about 700 square feet each), with an expansive balcony off the master bedroom and a dining table for 4.
The Blue Palms boasts "old school Playa charm" and the location cannot be beat! PLUS, on the private rooftop, that you also enjoy exclusively, is a terrace with sun lounge chairs, there is an authentic palapa-shaded area with hammocks and and another table for 4. Our guests often say this is their favorite spot on the property! There’s simply no better place to enjoy beautiful ocean views, read a book or relax with a drink in hand or just chill in a hammock in paradise!
For your convenience, we provide towels, a hair dryer, iron and ironing board. Also, we provide a few essentials to make you feel more at home when you arrive: drinking water, soap, shampoo, and toilet paper. (Just please note that these are not replenished during your stay.)

In addition to the exclusive access to the condo and the ocean view rooftop, you can also enjoy the community amenities of Blue Palms Suites, including the outdoor pool, sun deck, outdoor shower and reception area.

Getting Around:
This condo is easily accessible from Cancun International Airport (a 50-minute drive with no traffic) we can help you schedule reliable private transportation from and to the airport. If you're renting a car, there are many choices for car rentals at the airport and in town in Playa del Carmen.
Public Bicycles are available to rent around downtown too. You will see the BiciPlaya stands where you can rent a bike by day or by journey. There are also plenty of taxis on the streets around town (remember to always use registered taxis!) and 2 ADO bus stations to get you to nearby Yucatan destinations or other Mexican states, located at:
- 5th Avenue and Benito Juarez
- 20 Avenida Norte and Calle 12
In the event you're driving around town, please note there are PARKING METERS IN PLAYA DEL CARMEN, in operation from 10 am to 10 pm (except for official holidays), maximum 6 hours.
PARKING LOTS/GARAGES IN DOWNTOWN:
- Under Quinta Alegría Mall. The entrance is on Constituyentes Avenue between 10th Avenue and 5th Avenue.
-Tendenza Parking is on 10th Avenue between 14th Street and 14 Bis Street
- Plaza Pelícanos - 10th Avenue between 8th and 10th Street
- 34th Street and 10th Avenue. 24hr car park (not underground)

No parking available on site, but street parking available close by. Parking meters are in operation throughout downtown Playa del Carmen from 10 am until 10 pm.

- No parties or events are permitted, illegal activity is prohibited and excessive noise won't be tolerated. No loud music is allowed after 10 pm. Please be respectful of the neighbors.
- No more guests than those listed in your reservation are allowed. No tent or other structures may be set up on the ground of the property.
- Renters agree to cover any charge related to damages that occurred during their stay or cover necessary extra-cleaning charges if such is needed after their stay.
- Renters may be required to provide a government ID on the day of checking in or during your stay.
- Please avoid moving furniture
- Pets are not allowed.
- Please avoid hanging towels or clothes on the balcony/terrace railings.
- It is requested to use the Safety Deposit Box for all your valuables. We will not be held responsible for any loss or theft.
- Pool and common area regulations and opening hours have to be respected. The use of musical devices in common areas is prohibited. Glasses, glass bottles, food or coolers are not allowed in the pool, the use of disposable or plastic glasses are allowed.
- If you're booking from a channel where we handle payments (other than Airbnb), you'll be charged a security deposit of $300 usd which will be refunded after you check-out accordingly
- Losing the keys will incur a fee of $15 (per set).
