Off the beaten path... This is a secluded, nature-lovers getaway overlooking a large cove at the 76.5MM on the quiet side of Lake of the Ozarks behind Buck Naked Bar & Grill. Excellent fishing right off the dock w/ fish cleaning station, water pump, & electric. Boat slip available for add'l fee. Fire pit area overlooking the lake & yard games to enjoy. Bird watch from the deck or look out front to a wooded view with deer & wildlife.
2023 upgrades include brand new flooring throughout the home, new hot water heater, new piping (fixed water pressure issues), updated lighting, repaired microwave, new full size washer & dryer!
This home offers 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, & an open living area. Most comfortable for 1-2 families with kids, or 5-6 adults. 2 private rooms, each with a queen bed, & 1 bunk room w/ a full + twin bunk & twin trundle.
Fiber optic wi-fi & 2 smart TV's are available, but the real luxury is the great outdoors! Enjoy fishing or swimming off the dock, excellent views, & a private, very spacious lot!
There is plenty of room to gather for meals in the eat in kitchen with island, table, & bonus bar area (margarita, martini, & wine glasses!). Or, fire up the gas-grill & dine on the deck.
Walk down to the dock to fish or swim. Dock swim ladder makes it easy to jump in & cool off. Bring your fishing poles, beach towels, & life jackets for kids. We've got a fish cleaning station, water pump, & electricity right on the dock. 8x20 boat slip is available for a small additional fee. (Mention when booking)
After the sun sets, enjoy the fire pit area overlooking the cove. (Firewood not provided.) We also have yard games available.
Please note this property is on the "quiet side" of the lake. It is perfect for a quiet escape and enjoying nature, but we are not near the towns of Osage Beach or Lake Ozark (60-80 min drive).
Note: Top Bunk & Trundle Bed Linens may not be provided unless over 6 guests are booked due to the additional cleaning fee required. # of guests will be checked on the cameras and you will be charged if extra guests are on site.
