Welcome to our spacious 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom home with an open floor plan, perfect for your NOLA getaway! There is plenty of room for your group to spread out, including the side deck or upstairs balcony. Located just minutes from the French Quarter, City Park, and great local dining, you'll be in the heart of all the action. Whether you're here to explore, eat, or relax, our place offers both comfort and convenience. Enjoy the vibrant spirit of NOLA, then unwind in your charming home base!
Enter the home through the welcoming foyer. Immediately to the right you will find the full hall bath and secondary bedroom. Followed by the primary suite with an additional bathroom and large walk in closet. On the left side of the foyer is the open concept kitchen and living room. Continuing through to the outdoor deck and dedicated driveway. On the second floor of the home you will enter in to the living and kitchen area, where you can enter the private balcony. There is also a full bath and private bedroom located on the second floor.
There are three desks in the home that are dedicated to guest use. Two are on the first floor, in the hall bedroom and in the primary bedroom. The third desk is on the second floor in the secondary living area, but does provide privacy being that it is upstairs.
Our home is located two blocks off of Canal St. where a major street car line runs. This makes travel into the French Quarter extremely convenient.
