Enjoy your stay at The Carriage House, a farmhouse style, private home in the heart of Liberty. Located one mile from historic downtown Liberty with a variety of quaint shops and restaurants, one mile from Liberty Hospital and William Jewell College. Just 10 minutes from Capital Federal/Fountain Bluffs Sports Complex, 20 minutes from downtown Kansas City and 25 minutes from Arrowhead Stadium.
The Carriage House will make your home away from home as restful as possible. The main level of the home includes a bedroom with a queen bed, full kitchen, dining, bathroom and laundry - All of your immediate needs on the same floor with no stairs. The basement level includes a second bedroom with two twin beds, living room and access to the patio. TVs are located in the main level bedroom and living room and are perfect for streaming your favorite shows.
Enjoy cooking your meals in the fully equipped kitchen with a four-burner gas range, microwave and full sized refrigerator. Cooking utensils as well as oil and basic spices are provided to get you started. For a pick me up in the morning or any time of day, enjoy the complimentary selection of snacks, coffee and tea.
Note: The owner lives in a separate home on the property and can answer any questions or address issues quickly.

The expectations of our guests are that they treat our home and neighbors with care which means respecting our home as you would yours, being a good neighbor, being considerate of noise during overnight hours, and being respectful of our property boundaries.
We do not provide daily housekeeping service. While linens, towels and other necessities are included during your stay, daily maid service is not included in the rental rate. The Carriage House will be thoroughly cleaned before and after your stay. A washer and dryer are provided if laundry is needed during your stay.
We are located in a wooded area so you may hear coyotes at night, birds chirping, woodpeckers and owls and may encounter wild creatures such as, but not limited to: deer, rabbit, squirrel, snakes, fox, lizards, wasp, bees, ticks, mosquitos and other bugs during your stay. We do not offer refunds or discounts if you happen to see bugs/pests/wildlife you are not familiar with or may scare you.
Consider purchasing trip insurance for weather and health related emergency cancellations since there are no refunds provided beyond the cancellation window and no changes can be made.
Parking for boats, trailers, RVs , campers or box trucks is not permitted on the property. Due to limited driveway space, guest vehicles are limited to three.
