Heaven is too far. San Diego is too close. Enjoy this peaceful Coronado Cays Bay Front Home. No tourist noise. Your own resort. The private beach is only accessible by a few houses. This home features a large patio with outside built-in BBQ, large private pool with hot spa, large open floor plan with 4 bedrooms 3.5 baths & family room, living room, and dining room. There is also a nanny room including a separate bath. Very peaceful & quiet. 10min to Coronado beach. 5 min to Imperial beach. Central AC and furnace!
All new luxury furniture with some authentic arts. My favorite art is the large portrait of Frida Kahlo in the living room. The coffee table in the living room is also hand-made by the local famous artist. Each bedroom has a new Samsung 65'' LED TV, and the living room has a new Samsung 85'' LED TV. Mesh network with 200M high-speed internet to ensure smooth zoom meeting and live video stream service. There is a Yamaha grand piano in the second living room. If you are a music lover or your kid is learning piano, feel free to play it. There is a water machine near the kitchen. Free pure water delivery on the house.
The house is fully stocked and should have everything you need (except for food and beverage that we don't provide for safety and health concerns). The house is well-maintained. The landscaping crew and the pool crew will come every two weeks to maintain the yard, beach, and pool. I also have a professional property management company that can assist you, whose office is at the Imperial beach and only 5 min away, and can answer your requests immediately.
There are four formal bedrooms. One guest suite including one bedroom with one queen bed and one full bathroom on the 1st floor. One master suite including one master bedroom with one king-size bed and one full master bathroom on the 2nd floor. One guest bedroom has one queen-size bed, and one guest bedroom has two full-size beds. These two share one full bathroom on the 2nd floor. There is also an additional small nanny room on the 1st floor that includes one bunk bed that can sleep two persons and a shower, which can be counted as a 5th bonus bedroom.
Direct private beach access. Open the pool gate, you are on the beach. There is an outside solar shower near the pool gate. Please wash the sands off your body and feet when you come back using the outside shower. This private beach is perfect for just relaxing and sunbathing. It is shared by very few houses. Most of the time you won't see anyone except yourself.
The pool has night yard lights. You can swim in the pool or relax in the hot spa while enjoying the peacefulness, night views of the bay, and star lights. Believe me, it's the best thing in a long day.
If you want to go surfing, you can go to nearby Silver Strand State Beach or Imperial beach. The Silver Strand State Beach is just across the entrance of this house's community Coronado Cays. You can walk there or park your car near the entrance of the community for free (there is a charge if you park at the beach park), just walk across the street, and then you are on the Silver Strand State Beach. It's basically the same sands as the Coronado beach. In fact, if you look at the map, Coronado beach, Silver Strand beach, and Imperial beach are located from north to south on Coronado Island. From the sand perspective, they are almost the same. Coronado beach is the most commercial one with some top bars and restaurants. Imperial beach is more local and has some very good Mexican, Thai, and American restaurants too with much better prices. Silver Strand Beach has no commercial presence, just a great beach for surfing.
This is a very safe and quiet community. Patrol car 24/7. No commercial presence in the community except for a small cafe and yacht club in the middle of the community. The location of the house is very convenient. If you want to do formal dining, you can go north to the Coronado beach.
If you want casual dining, you can go south to the Imperial beach. You are close to everything but at a distance to make sure the neighborhood is quiet without noise and disturbance. The nearest grocery store (Grocery outlet) is just at the Imperial beach and 10 min away.
