As soon as you step on to this property you will feel your worries slip away as you take in water views from every angle. This home has tons of natural sunlight with huge windows highlighting the view of the lake. We are located mid-lake just minutes from quality restaurants, local grocery stores and unique antique shops. Our Cottage sleeps 10 with 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths and a living room with a day bed. Speaking of beds, the master was just updated with a new DreamCloud hybrid mattress and another room has a brand new Nectar. The kitchen comes fully stocked. The neighborhood boat launch is approx 300 yards away and can be seen from the back porch, launch your boat on the day of arrival and leave it down at our private dock all weekend. We even have a fish cleaning station . . You will have everything you need for an enjoyable weekend. The outside features a large covered porch that looks out onto the lake and is a great place to read a book, drink a cold one or just relax with family and friends. Lakeside there is an outdoor fire pit with comfortable seating for visiting with friends or roasting hot dogs , making s’mores and watching the ducks or boats go by. We provide kayaks and a peddle boat for guests who want to explore the cove /lake . There are also hammock swings lakeside to have morning coffee or an evening glass of wine . For the little ones there is a fort / playhouse under the trees to enjoy . The inside of the cabin features an open concept . The living room has a wood-burning fireplace, comfortable seating, Satellite Direct TV , WiFi and plenty of movies and games to enjoy . If that wasn't enough there's a splash pad and pool just 15 min away, a brand-new waterfront park just outside of town and a great local coffee place at the town square in Hemphill. We strive to make your stay with us as relaxing and stress free as possible. All you need to bring is yourself, family, friends and your favorite food and drinks, we take care of the rest.
