Downstairs on the ground level, you will find 5 bedrooms flanking a large family room with TV area, pool table, fireplace, wine room, and bar area. Two bedrooms to the left, each with a queen-size bed, share a full-size guest bathroom with walk-in shower. Three bedrooms to the right share a second full-size guest bathroom with laundry area and walk-in shower. The front bedroom with a queen-size bed has gorgeous views of the lake below and French doors opening to the lower patio. The middle room is cozy with a trundle bed that pulls out two twin beds. The third bedroom in the back has a queen-size bed. Altogether, this home has beds to sleep 18 comfortably.

Handsome hardwoods, custom tile/stone, and top-grade carpeting cover the floors throughout the home. This home has Internet. Cell service is decent due to remote area, but not dependable with some carriers. Home will have access to streaming and Dish Network. This home has a top-notch A/C throughout. Laundry room is on the ground level. The driveway and garage has room for 5-6 vehicles...three-car garage and 3 parking spaces outside. RV's are not permitted. Back-up full-system generator for emergencies.
WATER TOYS: You will find (2) - Stand up paddle boards and (2) - 2 person kayaks fastened to or near the boat dock for guests to enjoy during their stay. PLEASE NOTE: Please always refasten the kayaks and or stand-up paddle boards after each use so they don't get lost or damaged. Severally damaged or lost kayaks or paddle boards will be charged a fee to the credit card on file for a full replacement or repair.
