Welcome to my spacious 5-bedroom, 2-bathroom home! As you enter, you'll find a welcoming gathering room with two beautiful blue couches and two cushion chairs, along with a SmartTV for streaming. The master bedroom features a King size bed, a work space, and an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower. The other guest rooms include two rooms with queen beds, one room with 2 twin beds, and a contemporary sitting room with a twin trundle bed for noise privacy. In total, this home comfortably sleeps 12 guests.
The well-equipped eat-in kitchen boasts a counter cooktop, separate stove, ample counter space, and stainless steel appliances. Additionally, there's a separate dining area with a table and extra seating, as well as a queen sofa bed by a large window overlooking the backyard. Speaking of the backyard, it's a true haven with a swimming pool, fully fenced yard, and plenty of shade from the trees, perfect for relaxing after exploring San Antonio's rich history. Please note that the hammocks are no longer available.

NOTE: we have weekly maintenance and cleaning performed on our pool. The pool services do not take long and will not disrupt your stay. We will need access to the yard/pool area if you stay with us on service day. Thanks for understanding!

Guest Access:
The house has a digital keypad at the front door which will provide you access to the house. The code will be provided upon check-in. You will have full and private access to the home.

Nature enthusiasts will love the nearby Walker Ranch Park, which grants access to the picturesque Greenway Trail, perfect for biking and running. We are excited to have the opportunity to host you and make your stay memorable!
Getting Around:
Uber, Lyft and Taxis are readily available, but personally driving is the best option.
Other Things to Note:
We require a signed rental agreement and for guest to be 21 years of age to book.
If you notify us of your intent to cancel prior to the lapse of the free cancellation period, we will return 97% of your payment. The other 3% will already have been collected by the credit card processing company, and we have no way to return that portion of the payment.
We are a pet friendly home. Pets must be crated when they are left unattended in the home. We do not allow pets on furniture or beds, and all waste must be cleaned up from the yard. All pets require a non-refundable pet fee. If there is evidence of pet hair on the furniture, excess hair in the home, stains, or waste found in the yard or home, you will be charged the cost to clean this. In the event that a security deposit is collected, we will retain all or part of the security deposit to cover any costs associated with additional cleaning due to pets.
