Once snow begins to accumulate (roughly Dec-March) the cabin can only be accessed by snowmobiles, UTVs, or by foot. This adds to the magic as luckily the neighborhood offers a "taxi" service in heated tracked vehicles with room for 5 plus luggage (and pets). You can safely park your car at the neighborhood's entrance and be picked up to begin the scenic 1/2-mile ride up to the cabin. We can help you arrange for this if you'd like.
