The Good:
One block from Vanderbilt Beach, Ritz Carlton, Turtle Club, and Buzzes Lighthouse and A short distance from Mercado for great Shopping and Nightlife. Completely remodeled and re-furnished 3rd floor condo. Intercoastal water views from the Lanai. Two bedrooms, two baths, living, dining and kitchen. Washer/dryer in the unit and a designated covered parking spot.
The Bad:
Due to Hurricane Ian damage, the pool is currently not functional.There is also a resort being built next door. Currently the Marina, which is your view from the Lanai, is being rebuilt, which can also be noisy.
Bottom line:
It's an outstanding location, Vanderbilt beach is now open and Mercado is a little over a mile away but there's no pool and some construction is going on both adjacent and behind you.
