The nearly 300 square foot lanai extends the entire width of the living room, dining room and master bedroom, so the sights and sounds of the Gulf of Mexico are all around you, and the wall of sliding doors brings the sunsets, sounds of the surf and warm gulf breezes right to your door.
The large and open floor plan allows for a dining area large enough to entertain, with beach views. The modern kitchen has all the appliances you need, including a refrigerator and freezer, dishwasher, stove, built in microwave, large sink, and more. The kitchen is of course fully outfitted with countertop and hand appliances, dishes, glasses, utensils and cookware designed to accommodate nearly every need, even at maximum occupancy.
The Pine Cove community is located on the desirable West Gulf Drive section of the Island’s west end. Even by Sanibel standards, Pine Cove is a small and private community of only 16 units in the building. Pine Cove is located directly on the beach and views of the Gulf of Mexico are available everywhere seaward of the main building. The common area showcases a heated pool, spa, tropical landscaping, and more. The beach is just a leisurely walk through the native landscaping down the boardwalk.
