It has a new kitchen with all the amenities and a brand new bathroom. It has 2 bedrooms, one bath, a living room, dining room and beautiful front porch. It is located in town and is a 5 minute walk to the Philipsburg brewery and center of town. It has great views of the Pintlar Mountains and the Sapphire Mountains. There is skiing and snowboarding at Discovery Ski Mountain which is about 15 minutes away. There is also fishing at Georgetown Lake, Rock Creek and Flint Creek which are all within 15 minutes. Make sure and visit the Philipsburg Brewery and the Sweet Palace.
