One of two spacious town homes located within Petersons waterfront resort. Petersons Waterfront has over 400 feet of waterfront, swimming pool, hot tub, tennis court, sand volleyball court and complementary water toys for guest use (paddle boards, canoes, paddle boat, kayaks, life jackets and other toys). There are 2 docks and plenty of buoys for boat moorage subject to current moorage fees.
The town home is perfect for 2 families: there are 2 master suites, a 3rd guest bedroom and a sleeping loft with 2 trundle beds (sleeps 4 in the loft). There are 3 full bathrooms: 1 in each master suite and a 3rd one outside the guest bedroom. Each master suite has its own balcony; there is a 3rd common balcony off the great room for BBQ-ing, lounging and eating.

There is a full size kitchen that is well stocked for cooking and entertaining. The great room and the loft each have large flat screens; each bedroom also has a wall mounted TV.

There is plenty of private driveway space in front of 3 garage stalls for parking or stowing a boat trailer. The double garage is set up as a kids hang out area with a sectional and air hockey table. There’s plenty of space to store paddle boards, mountain bikes, skis and other gear in the garage. The segregated boat garage is used by the owner and is not part of the rental; however.

Petersons has staff on site that can assist you with checking out water toys and other needs.

The town home is about a 5 minute walk from downtown Chelan where the local shops and restaurants are located. There are many attractions near by
