Positive: It was a great location and very easy to get to.

Negative: When we entered the house, it smelled like cigarettes. As we brought our stuff in, we noticed it was not clean. Garbage can inside was full with no bag, large can in back yard was overflowing with garbage. The refrigerator had food from a previous guest in it. No hand soap in any bathroom or kitchen. It did have dish soap. The dishwasher was still loaded with dishes, and there was no dishwasher detergent so I did all the dishes before we used anything. All of the floor had debris on them. When we used the microwave and the dishwasher, it popped the breaker, and it took almost 10 hours for the host to respond to my message. Luckily, we were able to locate the breaker. There was a broom we used to clean the floor but we could not find a dustpan. I also had to purchase cleaning spray so we could clean the shower and bathroom as Ididn'tt feel comfortable using them till I did. The linen was all clean, and the beds were comfortable.
