Coastal Escape Destin was designed for easy, comfortable beach vacations with family and friends. The single-level floor plan offers plenty of room to gather while still giving everyone their own space.

Every bedroom features a 50–55" Smart TV, and YouTube TV with 100+ channels is included.
Indoor Living
The spacious family room welcomes you with comfortable seating, a huge 75" Smart TV, and games for family nights at home.
The fully equipped kitchen features stainless steel appliances, stone countertops, and an eat-in island with plenty of seating. A separate dining/gaming table creates another gathering space for meals, cards, puzzles, and family game nights.
The primary king suite includes a private bathroom with a large tiled shower and double vanity.
A full-size side-by-side washer and dryer makes longer stays and beach days much easier.
Outdoor Living
The backyard is one of our favorite parts of Coastal Escape.
Step onto the oversized deck and relax beneath the shaded pergola. There's an outdoor dining table with seating for eight, plus a large sofa and lounge chairs for enjoying morning coffee, afternoon drinks, or the evening Gulf breeze.
Fire up the BBQ grill for dinner and challenge the family to one of our outdoor games.
After a day at the beach, rinse off in the convenient outdoor shower just off the patio.
The front porch also offers rocking chairs and Adirondack seating—a great place to unwind at the end of the day.

Beach & Pool
The beach is approximately a 4-minute walk from the cottage, with multiple nearby Gulf beach access points.
The Clipper Cove community pool is only three houses away—less than 100 steps from the home.
The pool is typically heated from approximately mid-March through the end of April. Heating dates and availability are controlled by the HOA and are subject to change.
