The open-concept design of the first floor includes the main living area which boasts a large flatscreen TV and a plush sectional sofa that coverts to a sleeper sofa (sleeps 2 additional guests) and sitting chair where guests can enjoy the beautiful views. The fully equipped and updated kitchen comes with all stainless steel appliances, a Keurig coffee maker and ample cabinet/pantry storage for all your culinary needs. Directly beyond the kitchen, a quaint dining table can seat 4 guests with countertop space able to accommodate an additional 2 guests. The first floor also contains 1 of the 2 bathrooms with a single vanity and walk-in shower. Warm up by the cozy wood burning fireplace and brick mantle, or wander through the sliding glass door for access to the condo’s private balcony from which guests can gaze upon the incredible views of nature. Guests are welcome to enjoy the condo’s shared pool and hot tub for some much needed rest and relaxation.
Ascending the charming spiral staircase leads you to the condo's bedroom, designed with a skylight that allows for ample natural light to pour in, and amazing views of the starry sky on a clear night. The primary bedroom holds a king-sized bed under beautiful wooden high ceilings. The second story bathroom includes a single vanity and walk-in shower with an elegant white marble tile finish.

There are no designated parking spots within the garage, but please abide by the signs. Additionally, just steps outside this condominium is the local free bus stop, which will take you right into downtown Ketchum and Sun Valley for fine dining and more.

- Access to Warm Springs terrain, base area, Lodge, and parking lots is prohibited starting April 10th. The River Run side will remain open through April 16th.
-After-hours access out of and into Warm Springs is also prohibited starting April 10th, access from River Run will still be allowed.
-Construction begins on the lift enhancements Monday morning, leaving Warm Springs an active construction zone. For your safety and the safety of our employees, please follow all closures both at the base area and on the hill.
