Bring or rent kayaks/SUP boards (Chatham Kayak Company is close by!) and cast away on the water soaking up the Cape Cod sun! Craving a little salt? Not to worry Jackknife Beach and Harding’s Beach are both just a five-to-ten-minute drive away.
This multi-level house feels like home, offering a bright living room with coastal décor great for gathering and lounging around, streaming your favorite TV shows. Enjoy an appetizer in the living area then share a meal around the dining table and admire the gleam of art and decorative fireplace in the light.
Prepare meals together in a spacious and modern kitchen that features quality appliances, and plenty of counter and cabinet space. Savor vacation meals at the dining table with seating for six.
This home sleeps up to seven guests in two bedrooms plus bonus space. The main bedroom features a queen bed and split unit air conditioning. A second bedroom is comfortably appointed with a queen-size bed and tasteful Cape Cod decor. Find restful slumber on the three twin beds in the lower level fully finished basement, complete with seating and flatscreen TV.
When you are all watered out, come back to the house to grill dinner on the gas grill and enjoy a meal in the great outdoors on a large deck accessible from the dining area. Prepare supper on the gas grill and dine at the umbrella-shaded table with seating for six.
After your done head back towards the water and relax to watch the sunset paint the sky over the lake! Or retreat downstairs to the TV/Game Room for some late-night fun. Have some popcorn and watch a movie on the couch or indulge in a classic board game like Trivial Pursuit or Scrabble.

If the Commonwealth of Massachusetts bans short-term rentals, you would receive a full refund. Otherwise, our standard cancellation policy is in effect:
In the event of cancellation for any reason, please contact us immediately followed by in writing. Written notice of cancellation must be accompanied by payment of a $500 cancellation fee to Gibson Sotheby’s International Realty, which may be charged to a credit card. Upon Notice of Cancellation, Gibson Sotheby’s International Realty will endeavor to find a substitute tenant. In the event a substitute tenant is found, monies paid in advance will be refunded, less a 20% service fee of the total rental amount due. You herein acknowledge that you will only be entitled to a rebate only if you give written notice, pay the cancellation fee and the property is re-rented for the same terms and conditions of the original Agreement. For your protection, Gibson Sotheby’s International Realty recommends the purchase of Optional Travel Insurance provided by CSA. In the event the property does not rent for the same terms, all Guest payments for the entire agreement amount are due and forfeited to the owner.
