Negative: My Overall Opinion: * Price: This is the best deal you'll find in the area. * Neighborhood: There's a reason why you need a 6-foot fence. * Exterior: Use a firehouse for the dirt and trash! * Residents: Lots of transients that match the property and the price. * Room: The bare necessities are well-worn, yet clean. Booking.com Categories: * Staff: Hosts, maids, security, and maintenance were all helpful - when you could find them. * Facilities: No frills - at all. * Cleanliness: Interior was clean; exterior was not. * Comfortable: Air conditioning worked, bed and pillows were firm, and the shower was brisk - all was good. * Good value: Great price, for minimal lodging. * Location: Centrally located in Northridge, but in one of the poor parts of town.
