Relax with the whole family at this peaceful mountain top cottage. Private back patio with Hot tub has relax written all over it. Majestic Mountain View’s from the main living area and only minutes from Lookout Pass Ski Resort or Silver Mountain. Get out and enjoy some local treats, hike, bike, snowmobile and so many ATV trails! Pet friendly.
The space
We are tucked away on the back half of a lot so outside ground is minimal. Space includes small yard on street side of house and small grassy area on back side of the house where the fire pit area is located.
The hot tub feels amazing after a day of playing, or sometimes just a great place to have your morning coffee. Beach towels are provided for guests and well as bath mats.
The main bedroom is spacious with a very comfortable queen size bed. Bedroom 2 has a set of twin bunk beds. There is a pac-n-play available in main bedroom closet. There is also a 1 person cot in the small bedroom closet.
The newly remodeled bathroom has an amazing shower, great pressure and on demand hot water. It does take a few minutes for the hot water to get to the kitchen and shower but once it’s hot it’s not going to run low. A hair dryer is also available.
The living area offers relaxation and comfort with amazing views. Visio smart tv and cozy blankets. Please feel free to bring your streaming devices. Some CD’s are provided. Please do help yourself to the board games provided.
The kitchen area includes all the necessary amenities, drip coffee maker, single serve coffee machine, toaster, slow cooker, mixer, pots pans and all the necessary dinnerware. There are some spices (the essentials) as well as coffee provided for the guests.
Guest access
Guests will have full access to the garage, two parking spaces, house, small front roadside yard, back patio, hot tub, and back fire pit area.
Other things to note
Please be aware this property is in a residential area where families with small children as well as elderly live. Be mindful of the noise level and quiet time restrictions.
