Cleaning is handled by a professional cleaning company to ensure quality. Enhanced cleaning and disinfecting is taking place between each arrival. We provide towels, washcloths, and toiletry items! Beds are made and set with mattress covers, sheets, and pillow cases. Kitchens are stocked with all the essential plates, glasses, cookware, etc. Bring food and drink and enjoy! Saturday to Saturday rentals only please at this time - Seven day minimum. Minimum age for primary Guest is 25. Photo ID for verification is required. Parties or events not allowed. The pool opens Memorial Day Weekend and operates only on weekends until Father’s Day weekend. Then is open daily until Labor Day unless bad weather dictates. The condo has three bedrooms. One is a Queen bed with attached bath. Second is a full bed. Third is set with a bunk bed; one Twin on top, one Twin on bottom, and and a pull out trundle with a twin. There is a sleeper sofa for overflow. Maximum occupancy is eight and is set by the Association.
