In the heart of the Gulf coast. Upscale, fashionably decorated with an additional 300 square foot veranda in gated community. Close to the beach, shopping, restaurants and casinos. Newly renovated. Large master bedroom with king-size bed.
The townhouse is located in a secured gated community. An access code for the gate will be provided for guest access. Centrally located between Gulfport and Biloxi making it very convenient to local attractions and minutes away from casinos in Gulfport and Biloxi. We are 7 miles to the Naval Base, 8 miles to Keesler, and 4 miles to Mississippi Coast Coliseum.
This is a personal home, not just for rentals, but will rent to qualified guests.
Tranquil quality new bedding, drapes, furniture, artwork. Large veranda, exquisitely decorated, four televisions, new washer and dryer. Everything is new. The Gulf of Mexico is one block away. Front porch and a small balcony off the master bedroom.
There is a 5 night minimum stay requirement, no parties or large gatherings. The townhouse is monitored. If house rules are not followed, penalties will be assessed. Guests are welcomed if agreeable to house rules.

- NO PETs are allowed on the premises. If pets are detected, you will be asked to leave immediately and damage deposit will be forfeited
- NO SMOKING allowed on the premise
- NO PARTIES allowed
- QUIET HOURs: 10pm - 7a. Please limit noise activities during this time
- PARKING: We have two designated parking spots in front of the townhouse. Ensure that you park only in our designated parking area
- NO Trailer Parking is allowed by our HOA
